At the Head School, the students were transported back to the 1800's and got to experience school in a one room school house--reading lessons included.
Then we headed to the Hooksett Public Library. Miss Ellen read us a few stories and we sang a favorite song (Herman the Worm) before exploring the children's room. The students could look at books, work on puzzles, play with puppets, and use the computers.
I will work on loading more pictures (included the bus ride, always a highlight) later this week. I hope you enjoyed this peek into our field trip!
